+1 for Amazon's awesome book rental service! Ordered this for a Contract Law course I am currently taking. Book arrived in good condition (not excellent) and is filled with amazing information. In the first three weeks of this semester (among all five courses I am currently taking), I have learned more from reading this book than from the other course reading materials. Reed makes all the concepts of contract law very understandable for someone like me who has no legal background. Excellent book.
Website said good condition. There is a LOT of writing and highlighting in the book. The writing is not minimal, entire paragraphs are written throughout most of the pages. More than 70% of the pages have writing (in purple and black pen) and highlighter (pink). Description was incorrect.The book is interesting and helpful. I enjoy the cases they discuss.
Great book. My progessor wrote it. However it was damaged when I received it and now I am being charged for damages. How can this be when it was damaged already? I wont be getting anymore books from this site.
