There were about 5 or 6 patterns in this book that I really liked. All the others are interesting but a bit more detailed/tedious than I was looking for. I like that there are no images on the backs of the pages so there is no bleed through. The biggest annoyance is that the pages are difficult to tear out without ripping the page. Each page is perforated which SHOULD make it easy but the perforations are like none I've ever seen before. The holes are about 3/16 of an inch long with equally long gaps between them. If you fold the page over several times on the perforation it is possible to get it to tear correctly but folding that close to the spine is difficult and if you don't crease it, it will definitely rip your page. Creative Haven makes a lot of books that look appealing to me and I will likely try one more but I honestly think the perforation thing is enough of an annoyance to find another brand.

This was my second John Wik coloring book. I have tried several different adult coloring books and discovered that I enjoy doing the patterns more than anything else. I love that the pages are perforated so I can tear them out to work on them. I also love the fact that the pages have a design on only one side of the page. The designs are challenging, without using too much brain power. It's nice to just sit down and color a recurring/repeating pattern instead of having to decide on a color for things like scenery or a bunch of different butterflies or something.

Buy some markers (I use only Crayola) and buy this coloring book. Its a lot of fun (no batteries needed).

I have really enjoyed this coloring book. I have finally finished all of the pages, and am looking forward to the next. The designs in this book are great for adult coloring fans who like a challenge but aren't into overly hard, impossible pictures. Creative Haven also has some of the best coloring page paper I have found - crisp white, good lines on the copy, printed only on one side, and easy to tear out.

Great book with interesting patterns. I really liked the fact that there was a pattern on one side of the paper and the page behind it was blank. Works so much better that way. When patterns are back to back, sometimes they run through the paper and messes up the next pattern. Good Job!

Very compelling drawings and as there are no rules in coloring it is a delight for me to wander around in the patterns putting my colors where I want, either random or with a plan. Sky's the limit! I find the intricate patterns very intoxicating with all sorts of possibilities in color placement. Heavy paper that does not bleed, one drawing per page, perforated so you can remove it should you want.

I am a math nerd, but I am also someone that needs something help calm me down. This books works because it is challanging enough to keep my mind interested, but calm enough to help calm me down. I love the tessellation patterns. my daughter is always asking me to color another one so she can hang it up. she loves the patterns as well.

For someone who finds coloring relaxing and fun, this is a great book, one of the best I've had! It has very intricate designs and none of the blank spaces and whispy designs in other books. You won't be disappointed!

The following data is preliminary but serves to answer one key question: Does Dr Paul's Vaccine-Friendly Plan help reduce the incidence of autism?Patients were divided into three groups as follows:Group 1: Following Dr Paul's Vaccine-Friendly Plan:These children were either born into my practice of established care by the two month well baby visit. They did not get the birth or the infant hepatitis B vaccine. If they got the hepatitis A vaccine, it was after age two. If they got the MMR and the chicken pox vaccines, it was at or after age three.There were 1,098 children in Group 1.Group 2: Unvaccinated: Because of parental choice, these children had no vaccines.There were 238 children in Group 2.Group 3: Other/Most Vaccinated: Though there was some individual variability, many children in Group 3 were vaccinated according to CDC guidelines.There were 894 children in Group 3.Group Total Autism/ASD Rate1 1,098 0 02 238 0 03 894 15 1/60Using the previous CDC autism rate of one in fifty, we would have expected approximately twenty-two cases of autism in Group 1, but there were no autism or ASD (autism spectrum disorder) diagnoses.We would have expected to have approximately four cases of autism in Group 2, but there were no autism or ASD diagnoses.We would have expected to have approximately seventeen cases of autism in Group 3, and there are fifteen autism/ASD diagnoses, which mirrors the national average. I use this in my practice regularly. I know vaccines are essentially a religion in the US but lets be real. While many kids are fine with vaccines, a lot of them have bad reactions, some so bad they are ill for years (seizures, autoimmune diseases, etc). I never want to see meningitis back on the rise, and I counsel my parents about the pneumococcal vaccine. It's still a common infection, even if HIB is not. But as for measles, mumps, pertussis - If we are so worried about having a vaccinated population, why don't we focus on vaccinating adults? You know almost every single vaccine a kid or infant gets has worn off by the time they're a teenager. So most adults are not immune to these illnesses any more. I know vaccines do a lot of good for the world globally and have helped millions of people. But that doesn't mean that we should use them without any sense of judiciousness or that they should be forced on families or on children that have indicators of past or potential vaccine reactions.
