I’m not a religious person. I grew up catholic but it isn’t for me. I don’t listen to Christian music either and I stumbled upon Lauren Daigle’s music when the radio station 95.5 turned into a Christian music station (it was an alternative music station before). I liked her song so I bought the album. Then I saw she came out with this album and I saw the video you say on YouTube. So I bought this one. Good stuff. Talented artist.
My wife and I love listening to Lauren Daigle, and this new cd is another great one to add to your collection of Christian Artist. The lyrics are powerful, and her music is perfect when it comes to worship. When you are having a bad day, listening to her music, and her love of God is so powerful. It makes you want to just jump up and worship too, which is not good when you are driving home from work. The lyrics are what really gets you, because she is telling a story. A story that revolves around some tough times (and good times too) and that no matter what God is always there with you through it all. Song number 2 is one of my favorites and I have listened to it so many times already. I wish I could give this cd more stars. You won't be disappointed one bit. God is Good!
Every track absolutely amazing!! Its been some time since I've purchased a CD, but Lauren's song You Say really made me want to hear more of her music. Definitely worth it!!!!
What a soul touching voice! Her message and music is so comforting and soul filling. She is a true “Soul Singer†in my books. Love this album already.
Lauren Daigle could sing a song written by me and still make it sound great:-) Her voice has a lot of character and she uses to amazing effect. There's just something about that voice of hers that sooths my nerves. Also, she doesn't water down the Christian message like some artists do. Can't wait for the next one!

I've always had a quite catholic taste in music and my collection runs across every genre. I came to CCM a couple of years back after losing friends and family members over a short period. I'm usually listening to Americana singer-songwriters, but I bought Lauren Daigle's last album and her Christmas offering, both of which I much enjoyed. And I bought or listened to a few other CCM artists too.But this is different league - imho one of the great albums of the last few years. What a voice, what great production, what great inspiring songs. No more to say - just buy it!
So thankful for people like Lauren who share their gifts. I've worn out her first CD, and this one is bound for wear as well. The voice, words, and vibe are just some of the best. Keep up the good work, my sister!
